Yoga and fitness classes at the mill


Starting in May, Marie will offer yoga and fitness classes at Moulin Scalagrand.

The classes you can choose from are as follows:

  • Body & Mind – A class focused on toning and mobilizing the body, using elements of yoga and pilates.

  • Yogalates – A yoga or pilates session or a blend of both.

  • Stretching & back– A session designed to improve mobility, body posture, facial tightening and prevent muscle shortening and related discomfort.

Class schedule May through summer
From May through summer, class schedules may vary to accommodate as many participants as possible. To receive weekly updates on the classes and confirm your attendance, please send a WhatsApp message to +33 (0)780304290 no later than the evening before the class.

Duration
1-1,5 hours (depends on the class)

Languages
Depending on the group, instructions can be given in French, English, Spanish, or German.

Costs
Depends on the type and duration of the class. Get in touch for more information.
